Vocal & Acting Coaching Terms & Conditions Private Lessons and Private Lesson Packages By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Single Private Vocal/Acting Coaching Lessons - $70 per individual 50-Minute lesson Single Shine Like A Musical Theater Star - Private Singing, Acting, Movement - $70 per individual 50-Minute lesson Single Private Audition Prep! Singing/Acting Coaching Lessons - $80 per individual 55-Minute lesson Single Acting 1:1 Audition Prep & Performance Coaching TV, Film, Theater - $80 per individual 50-Minute lesson Emergency Audition Prep! Singing/Acting Pro Coaching Within 24 Hours - $90 per individual 55-Minute lesson Lesson Package Options: 4- Private Singing/Acting Lesson Package (50-Minute length per lesson)= $250 ($30 savings compared to single lesson pricing). 4- Private Audition Prep! Singing/Acting Lesson Package (55-Minute length per lesson)= $280 ($40 savings compared to single lesson pricing). Lesson Purchases and Payments: ● Lessons cannot be scheduled unless payment is made in advance or a valid credit card number is provided. ● Refunds for single vocal lessons, acting lessons, or packages are not available. Scheduling and Reservations: ● Sessions must be scheduled in advance to secure your spot. ● Single lessons must be paid in full up front to secure the lesson time slot. Cancellation and No-Show Policy: ● Lessons canceled or missed without at least a 24-hour notice will be forfeited or charged in full. ● Refunds for vocal, acting lessons, or packages will not be provided as a standard practice. No independent make-up sessions, reschedules of missed or cancelled lessons. ● However, the coach may consider granting make-up credit for cancelled or missed lessons when at least a 24-hour notice is provided, in exceptional circumstances. This credit may be made up in 5-to-8-minute increments at the end of our lessons (extending class), as schedules permit. Expiration: ● Pre-paid lessons are good for 6 months from the date of purchase and will expire after that if unused.
