ZATCHA RODRIGUEZ

Actress, singer, assistant director, vocal & acting coach, and proud member of SAG-AFTRA, I am passionate about the art of storytelling and its ability to inspire empathy, compassion, and deeper human connection. I believe that through performance, we can step beyond our own perspectives, fostering understanding and contributing to a more open and compassionate world. ​Working professionally in the industry since 2017, I bring both real-world experience and continuous training to every role I take on and every student I teach.

 

I balance soulful wisdom with playful sass, emotional intelligence with sharp comedic instincts, and nurturing warmth with a spirited edge. My performances are heartfelt, witty, charismatic, and deeply relatable—inviting audiences in with humanity while delivering unexpected humor, emotional fire, and lived-in truth.

 

I am known for a luminous, emotionally accessible presence that feels deeply human, charismatic, effortlessly relatable, and quietly commanding, anchored in authenticity, nuance, and magnetic realism.

In addition to performing, I am a Certified Vocal Coach, Acting Coach, and Second Assistant Director, offering acting coaching, vocal coaching, virtual reader services, and actor website design for actors at all levels. I am deeply passionate about teaching acting, singing, and stage performance, as well as the business of acting, and I tailor my sessions to each student’s goals and learning style.

 

My teaching experience spans over 7 years in performing arts education—including virtual one-on-one and small groups coaching sessions in acting, singing, dance, and performing arts, as well as in community college summer programs for students ages 5–15. I have also worked extensively with young learners as an online ESL instructor with VIPKid for 5 years, teaching students ages 5–15, and as a Club Counselor at Club Libby Lu for over 2 years, where I led interactive performance-based experiences for children ages 5–15. Across all of these roles, I have developed a fun, engaging, and supportive teaching style that helps students build both skill and confidence.

I work with students ages 7 and up, creating a positive and encouraging environment where creativity is celebrated and individuality is valued. My teaching philosophy involves creating a coaching environment where each student feels supported and encouraged to be creative and explore their own ideas and artistic expression. I believe this encouragement to be creative builds self-confidence in each student and I believe that a confident student is one that continues to strive to learn and will excel.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, and I bring that professional foundation into the business side of coaching—helping actors approach their careers with both artistry and strategy. I also have over 6 years of experience in management, over 4 years as administrative legal assistant, 8 years of experience in marketing and website design, and over 8 years of experience as a solopreneur. And I'm the proud owner of Passion Driven Works, LLC through which I provide my services.
